A Sub-inventory is a unique physical or logical grouping of
inventory material, such as raw material, finished goods and defective goods
inventories. A sub-inventory can be the primary place where items are physically
stocked. We must define at least one sub-inventory for every inventory
organization and we must specify a sub-inventory for every inventory
transaction.
