Create Purchase Requisition with total amount of more than 1 Lakh (15000.00) from MCR Ram user and approve.
Once approve the requisition go to requisition summary with reference of requisition number and find the status. Now the status is In Process.
To know the history go to Tools > View Action History
As per the below screen shot we come to know that this Purchase Requisition is waiting for MCR Robert Approval.
Now Login to Robert user see the notification. We come to know that we have a Purchase Requisition notification for 4009 click on the link.
We will get all the details with required approval buttons. Now click on Approve and see the status of the requisition.
Once the requisition has been approved by MCR Robert, MCR Ram will get a notification that Purchase Requisition 4009 has been approved. Click on the link we will see all the details.
To know the history go to Tools > View Action History
Check the Approval Limits more than 5 Lakhs raised by MCR Ram and Approved by MCR Robert and MCR Raheem:
Create Purchase Requisition with total amount of more than 5 Lakhs (550000.00) from MCR Ram user and approve for the same.
To know the history go to Requisitions > Requisition Summary > Enter the Requisition Number > Find > Tools > View Action History
Login to Robert User, we can find a WF Purchase Requisition Notification for 4010.
We can see the all details for Purchase Requisition 4010. Once Robert approves WF Notification will go to MCR Raheem.
Before we approve check weather Raheem has got notification are not. Login to Raheem User. We found that no notifications as of now.
Once Robert will approve the notification, approved notification will come to Raheem.
Click on the link and Once Raheem Approve the notification Ram will get notification with Status as Approved.
Click on the link to see the approval details.
We can also find the history at Tools à View Action History in Requisition Summary form.
